Shipping policy

All orders are processed and delivered Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). An email confirmation will be sent with a tracking number once the label has been created for the order. Please ensure the address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.  

 

All deliveries are automatically booked as authority to leave to ensure a smooth delivery experience for the recipient and reduce the need for the recipient to have to organise a re-delivery or collect the parcel from a local collection point. 

LOCAL & DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA WIDE) 

All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. During high volume times of the year, public holidays and sales periods there may be a slight delay in regular processing.  

All shipping is delivered through Australia Post and shipping times are only estimates.

- Standard (Arrives in 2-14 business days) 

  • Upgrades automatically to Free Express Shipping on orders over $99 AUD   

  • Orders under $99 will see a $10 AUD shipping fee 

  • Processed within 24-48 hours  

- Express (Arrives in 1-3 business days) 

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $99 AUD 

  • Orders under $99 will see a $15 AUD shipping fee 

  • Processed next business day  

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY  

All orders are dispatched directly from Australia.  

International Estimated Delivery: 

  • New Zealand: 4-11 business days 

  • Asia: 10- 20 business days 

  • United States: 10-28 business days 

  • Canada: 10-28 business days 

  • United Kingdom: 5-18 business days 

  • EU: 5-20 business days 

  • Rest of the world: 14-30 business days 

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country of residence. In order to release the item/s from customs, payment may be required. If the customer refuses to pay the customs fee, the parcel may be abandoned and Level Up Gym Apparel will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurence. For parcels returned to Level Up Gym Apparel a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from the customer refund. 

Please note that Level Up Gym Apparel has no control over customs and import taxes and these may vary depending on the country of residence.
